Welcome to The Summit Games

 

Standards

This is NOT an exhaustive list of movements that will come up in The Summit Games but will give you an idea of where you should place yourself. If you are unsure, firstly talk to your coach, If you are still unsure, the team event is your best way to get a great day of competing in and have a blast. So grab some mates and get to Killarney to throw down!

Some unique events you will see at the Summit Games that you might not elsewhere:

  • Paddle boarding
  • Obstacles and strongman style movements!
  • Other mystery simple movements!
Team Standards

The Summit Games Team event follows the format of the CrossFit Open with an Rx and a Scaled version of each workout. Teams can choose whichever version of the workout which allows them to maximize their ability and score. This is a competitive division suitable for all CrossFit athletes.

  • This division is open to absolutely everyone to compete. There will be movement standards to meet just like the Open, but rest assured you and your team will be able to compete at whichever level you choose!

 

Intermediate

Intermediate Individuals should possess most of the following (If you do not possess all you still can compete of course but may be limited in certain workouts)

  • Double Unders
  • Pull-ups
  • Toes to Bar
  • Snatch (50/35)
  • C&J (70/50)
  • Rope Climbs
  • KB Swing (24/16)
  • Kayak or Stand up Paddle Board (Can be further scaled to a weighted run)

 

 

Rx

Rx Individuals should possess most of the following (If you do not possess all you still can compete of course but may be limited in certain workouts)

  • Bar Muscle Up
  • Ring Muscle Up
  • Handstand Walking
  • Weighted CTB (10/5)
  • Snatch (80/50)
  • C&J (110/75)
  • Legless Rope Climbs
  • Strict HSPU
  • Swim or Kayak or Stand up Paddle Board

 

 

Masters (40+)

Masters Individuals should possess most of the following (If you do not possess all you still can compete of course but may be limited in certain workouts)

  • Clean (60/40)
  • OHS (45/35)
  • Thrusters (40/30)
  • Pull Ups

 

 

Teens

Teen Individuals should possess most of the following (If you do not possess all you still can compete of course but may be limited in certain workouts)

  • Clean (50/35)
  • OHS (45/30)
  • Thrusters (40/30)
  • Pull Ups
  • Double Unders
  • HSPU
